Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is not only that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, but that you are so delighted with your purchase that you tell all your friends about us!  We'll do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied!

If for some reason we fall short and you're not happy with your order, simply contact us and we will make effort for correct the problem.  If you need to return an item, please send an email detailing your reason for the return to orders@palmettostitchesandquilts.com and we will forward instructions on how you can get the item back to us.  Please do not send an item back before contacting us! 

If ur package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 30 days from receipt of purchase for a refund, account credit or exchange*.

Return Instructions

To return an item to us, please pack the item(s) and include a copy of your order/invoice and the RMA number provided by customer service.   Please pack the item(s) securely and ship to:

Once we receive items back in our warehouse, if you paid by credit card, your account will be credited withing 5 business days of receipt.    For orders paid by money order or gift certificate, refunds will be int he form of a credit on your account.

Please note, while we are happy to replace or repair damage items,  items that have been opened, software, cut fabric, and special orders are not returnable.
